I’m not sure whether they are short staffed but I have called up and left messages 3 times for a call back about a stair runner query and still no contact. This is after coming into the showroom and speaking to a sales person on the floor and leaving my details, including preferred days to come and measure up. I’ve given up waiting for a call back now. Wouldn’t recommend as clearly they don’t want any new business…
