  DO NOT USE ANGLO PACIFIC! We had the misfortune of using Anglo Pacific to move our household goods from the UK to Thailand. It was an unbelievable nightmare. Our goods were supposed to arrive early April, but they didn't arrive until late May. When we chased them up in February, we found out that they hadn't even left the UK. This was over a month later than originally promised, and it caused us unimaginable stress. We also had to buy some of our things again, which was extremely expensive and very inconvenient. Anglo Pacific failed to inform us about the additional (huge) insurance cost until after our goods had been shipped. This meant that we had to pay much more than we had originally planned. This was a complete surprise, and it added to the stress of our move. We were already paying a lot of money for the move, and we didn't anticipate this cost due to the lack of information and clarity from them. Anglo Pacific's communication was non-existent. We had to chase them up multiple times for updates. We would call and email, and we would often get no response. When we did get a response, it was often unhelpful or vague. Anglo Pacific's customer service was also non-existent. We couldn't get anyone to answer our emails. We would leave messages, and we would never hear back. When we did get someone on the phone, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Some of our goods arrived damaged. We reported the damage to Anglo Pacific, but they have done NOTHING to help. Three weeks later and they haven't contacted the insurers, and they haven't offered any compensation. This is a huge inconvenience, and it's causing us even more unnecessary stress. We're not sure when we will get a refund for the damaged goods, or if we'll ever get one. How this company is still trading is a mystery as they do not seem capable of completing the simplest of tasks. AVOID ANGLO PACIFIC AT ALL COSTS AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS AND OUR ISSUES REMAIN UNRESOLVED AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. Anglo Pacific is a terrible company with diabolical customer service. We would give them zero stars if we could. DO NOT USE THEM!

  Credit should be given where it is due. While I was aware of all the negative comments, I still used the services of Anglo Pacific to shop 2 boxes from London to Singapore since they offered the most reasonable rates. Staff were responsive, empty boxes were delivered earlier than scheduled but that wasn't a problem. They gave more boxes than requested, together with bubble wrap and tape. On the actual pickup day, the mover arrived on schedule. The boxes sat in a warehouse for a while before they were loaded onto a ship which was communicated to me. I could track the progress of the actual ship and see when they would arrive in Singapore. When the shipment arrived in Singapore, the local agent was prompt and delivered on schedule as well. The boxes were intact with no damage whatsoever. Taxes were handled well too (exempted for personal effects) A rough timeline - the boxes were collected at the end of Jan, then they were shipped around the 22 of February and arrived at the end of March.

  Honestly, I know the other reviews, but personally, everything arrived on time (ahead of time in fact), intact, and with clear communication from the company and the shippers. I was moving from London to Texas and I needed shipping last-minute. It was pricey, sure, but they were able to provide me with a shipping solution to bring 4 boxes, weighing roughly 80 kg in total, to the US via air freight in a little over a week. Completely exceeded my expectations and I am happy with the result.

  All started fine and of course once they received the money it went downhill from there. I used this company a few years back for exactly the same route, which shows they’ve gone down the tubes. Once money was received they barely communicated with us. They first gave us a quote, the packers then packed more stuffing in the boxes than necessary rather than efficiently filling the boxes and then proceeded to hit us with an additional charge. They also informed us that they would give us an updated packing list as the one they gave us was incomplete which they never did. I then requested insurance and they specified that I need to complete the documents and return them before a specific date which we did and they declined us our insurance. 4 months later our goods finally arrived and the boxes had duplicate numbers, so the packing list was shambles and we had boxes missing. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times but they still haven’t even given us a courtesy response. Wish I could give them a zero!

  Buyer beware - Anglo Pacific intentionally mislead you when providing quotes, then will charge you hidden fees. They also seem to overstate third party charges, which are passed off to you. This is fair warning that you will be treated the same. They are not transparent. I paid for all inclusive, door-to-door shipping of personal belongings through Anglo Pacific to an overseas destination. When the items arrived at the port, they notified me and asked for delivery details, then submitted an invoice for customs & biosecurity fees, which were also mentioned as being paid for in my initial quote that I paid.

  DO NOT USE! If I could do zero I would. They falsely claim that their service is sea to door when it is not. Even if your things don’t get stopped at customs and go straight through you will still be given another charge (approx £70) in my case which you have to pay to get your stuff. And while I don’t mind paying, I do mind paying a company that falsely advertises their services and reverts to fine print that was never originally sent or referred to in any correspondence. Disgraceful.

  I would give Anglo a negative rating if I could. Hired Anglo to moved my household items from London to the Republic of Ireland in August 2022. I didn't hear anything for a number of weeks so followed up only to learn that the moving manager in charge of our move had left the company and that no-one had picked up their workload. We were assigned a second moving manager who ensured us everything would be sorted quickly. Yet again a number of weeks past with extremely poor communication so after multiple chasers I couldn't believe that yet again this second individual also left the company. We are now on our third Anglo Pacific moving manager who then informed us the location of our goods (entire shipment) is not known. 7 months later and our items have not only still not been delivered but Anglo don't even know where our goods are. A nightmare experience that continues, so quick to take the money and then appalling from that point forward. This impacts peoples lives and they don't seem to care one bit. Avoid !!!

  Honestly they weren't so bad, my things arrived from London to Australia In one piece. I found the team helpful in answering my questions, my belongings just took a while to ship. A few bad reviews and experiences online.. That being said though you get what you pay for. Affordable option which I would use again.
