This women didn't want to help me and his colleague have 0 customer sevice skills, their manager said yes to send my percel and they refused behind his back, their are racist and don't understand English, they should be fired for refusing to send percel for many CUSTOMERS, I was waiting their and I noticed, EVRI SHOULD STOP WORKING WITH THEM, USELESS PEOPLE. The lady in the shop is so rude, she shouts at you as a customer, especially if you are doing an Evri parcel. She never takes the item but rudely tells you to put it over there the parcels are not securely kept, anybody can walk away with a parcel. Please train this lady or bring the gentleman back. I will be raising this with Evri to. Rudness will not be tolerated as a customer lack of staffing is not our concern.

Again… everytime I go there to send a parcel they say machine dont work or is too late or system not working. What the heck… this is a drop off parcel shop. Times are up on their website until 23:59 (24h) and you refuse to take parcel at 8pm..
