Surprisingly my first visit in store I hadn't been fishing for a number of years so was apprehensive diving back in but decided to take the plunge. I knew vaguely what I was missing from my setup but was overwhelmed by the amount of gear in store and how busy it was going to be today. While I was fumbling around trying to find some rigs I was kindly greeted by a young chap (Ollie i think he said his name was ) who went above and beyond sorting me out, he helped get the rigs I was after and sorted me out a landing net. I was having trouble with my back when I previously sat on the bank, which we had a chat about, he suggested and took the time to show me their range of chairs upstairs which I thankfully found one that was most comfortable for me. It was such a welcoming shopping experience that makes me want to thank Oliver and the staff in Waltham Cross today, he did say a Google review helps immensely so with gratitude.
