Recently had issues with an order online and was asked to go into the store to sort the issue. The store was really busy with anglers with it being the day after boxing day. The two staff members were amazing, they sorted my issue out (which did take a fair bit of their time), but also made sure that each and every person that came into the store was looked after to the best of their abilities. The way that things were sorted in store, along with just how good the staff are, has converted me to only purchasing from this shop in the future.
