It's a nice showroom. Not only windows and doors, but also, extended living space (very popular with those who work from home), conservatory structures, roof trim (facias and soffits) and garage doors. Helpful staff and great products.

Never again working with Anglian Home Improvements. The sales rep had a video call to assess the existing windows and quote for secondary glazing. He took deposit for the job over the phone subject to survey. He promised that the deposit would be refunded if the surveyor did not advise going ahead secondary glazing. He DID NOT not mention that there was a 7 day cooling off period for the deposit and the order and more importantly that by paying a deposit, I was entering into a contract with Anglian! The surveyor arrived 3 weeks after the call and did not advise secondary glazing for three separate reasons. He suggested replacing the window itself for which the cost was too much and hence we decided not to go ahead. When trying to cancel the order, Anglian have refused to return the deposit as it was outside the 7 day cooling off period. How can I cancel the order when the surveyor turned up 21 days after the call! On top of that now Anglian are asking for 25% contract amount for cancelling after 7 day period.

Just to share a wonderful experience from one of your Sales staff called Ali. My wife and I had the oppurnuity to have Ali in our humble home to give us a quote for our replacement windows. His manners, neatness and and his customer service was really worth writing in . Sadly, we could not agree on the prices that were offered to us ,in our senior years ,hence we thought of letting you know of our great and such a professional experience . Bob kim Marwaha

I had a new door installed and it's going for the 3rd week without being possible to open the door and with a 4mm crack on the top of the door. I don't recommend definitely this company, I'm not having any support, any response to my emails and a problem to be solved. The door fitters didn't supported the brickwork above the door when they removed the old door and they didn't put a new lintel in. Now I have a 4mm crack on the top of the door that are needing now a helibar job apart of installation of the door. I was about to use this company to install the windows and unfortunately I had to cancel the survey and the service.
