I can only describe the “warranty” on their quality products as subpar at best. Old lady has a handle fail on a £2.5k window, Anglian just send a handle (that doesn’t even match) End result of their after care? I have to go and fix it for her and she is left with an expensive bay window with odd handles.

Only giving 1 star as can't give less. Took over 1 year and lots of chasing to get an issue rectified. Definitely would avoid and not worth the extra expense that you pay thinking you are getting experience and established customer service. Disgusting

after nearly a year and several visits look at my house! I was promised a call back within 48 hours and still no response. the door had tried to be rectified by a team and one of their managers who thought it was ok! please take heed what other people are saying is totally true I have had to suffer first hand please do not let this be you. Absolutely incompetent company. Arranged a visit today for 1pm had a e mail to confirm. However got a call from someone called Jack who was confused over my address due to the fact the person who booked it gave my details to the agent in Nottingham and I live in gosport. Will not use them now as it has shown how incompetent the company is .
