I was really disappointed with my experience after my recent visit. I had used them before and they were really good. I required a couple of fixings and called up to tell them what I was after and checked it was safe to visit. The person that answered the phone was really helpful and polite and was confident that they could help me. I went to the store to be met by a gentleman who wasn't particularly polite and told me that he couldn't help me as they have a minimum transaction amount of £10 (due to covid) and the conversation was over. Why not tell me that before inviting me in? They then directed me to another local fixings store and to be fair they were absolutely spot on and have left them a 5⭐ review. I know the company I will recommend others in the future.

I ventured down to my local Anglia fasteners over at at elms farm for some advice and to purchase some nuts and bolts to be greeted at the door by a very abrupt and unhelpful old gentleman, wasn't interested in what I had to say and with no customer care skills at all and couldn't shut the door in my face quick enough, I know about covid 19 and rules and regulations as dose the entire country but this guy was a joke ,, thanks so much for you help ,
