  Very quick service and very careful dentist, they always check up and make sure you’re ok and give you breaks to breathe and make sure if you want to stop for a breather you can. They also double check before they do anything very good and careful. They give you an amazing experience.

  I’ve just got my braces off last year and I had my braces since I was in year 10/11 and I was happy with the results! Plus the staff were amazing throughout the pandemic and all the lockdowns kept the places really clean (it’s always clean) and made sure everyone was safe while waiting for their appointments and the receptions have always been so friendly and welcoming which is great when you’ve gotten a hidden disability. My mum started working there this year and she absolutely loves it as well! Plus give her a free retainer case (she asked how much she’ll need to pay) since I needed a new one because my old one wouldn’t shut properly. I’m so grateful to have lovely straight teeth thank you for giving me confidence to smile!

  I am delighted to share my exceptional experience with Anglia Orthodontist team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The orthodontist has been incredibly patient with me, despite my occasional tardiness for scans, and has never once made me feel uncomfortable or scolded. Instead, they have always been supportive, understanding, and encouraging. Dr Francis Scriven and his team has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making all the changes I have asked for with ease and efficiency. Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft is truly remarkable, and I have felt incredibly well-informed throughout the entire process. The entire team has been nothing but friendly and kind, making every visit a pleasure. Their welcoming attitude and helpfulness have been a constant source of comfort, and I have always felt well taken care of. The monitoring process is very easy and user friendly. Very modern technology all together. In summary, I cannot recommend Dr Francis Scriven and their team highly enough. Their exceptional professionalism, patience, and kindness have made my orthodontic journey an absolute pleasure.   My treatment with Dr Paul Williams and the whole team at Anglia Orthodontics has been truly amazing! I am over the moon with my final result and can honestly say having treatment was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The entire team are a joy to be around and the practice itself is beautifully located. I could not recommend Anglia Orthodontics enough!

  This used to be a pretty good practice years ago with good and understanding working professionals. I must say it has changed. I had my permanent retainers fitted in 2012 by Anglia. In 2020 the glue in both corners of the retainers came out, unleashing very sharp wires that were cutting my tongue. After much arguing with the receptionist, I booked an "emergency appointment", but she did not think it was an emergency the fact of having a sharp wire, like a razor, in the mouth. Couple of pieces of glue done in 15 min was the service provided, 160 pounds. This fix lasted 2 days, and I had to get back there and do it again. The lady at the reception wanted to charge me again, so we had a second round of arguments about this too. Anyways, that second fix lasted 2 years and it came off again yesterday, so I called Anglia to book an emergency appointment and they offered a slot in 5 days time ... Despite explaining again the situation and that you cannot be left with a sharp wire sticking out drilling your mouth, they still would not see me today, not even to assess the situation, which I thought it was very unhelpful and careless. I asked her to talk to the/an orthodontist that would understand what the situation is, but same result, apparently. If I was to accept the slot in 5 days time she said they would charge me 200 pounds over the phone today, without even seeing what it is that they have to do, probably a couple more pieces of glue. I gave up with Anglia, I could not wait. I managed to book with another orthodontic practice in Cambridge that would see me today to, at least to assess the situation and provide some help.

  Rude and arrogant staff.We had appointment at 2pm.Doors where closed 13.45 so i knocked and women from the desk has shouted to me we having lunch is closed.,wait oustide .On the letter was saying to come earlier when we came we have been ask to stay outside untill to 2 pm on freezing cold with my daughter. There was a space in the car park but women came out and said we not allowed to and told us to move even though there was a space. Rude staff and will be changing dentist.

  Easy to get to in Cambridge with parking a short walk away. Clean and bright waiting area. Appointments are always on time. We called 5pm one night as my daughter had problems with her brace. They fitted us in at 11.20 the very next day. Cannot fault them whatsoever. Thank you 😊

  considering how busy they was our time slot was still kept to.Excellent staff and very professional, the team spoke directly to my 15 year old and explained everything and really treated him with respect and like an adult as a pose to me having to tell him, they did also explain to myself. Really is such a professional place. Well done to all. I myself have to deal with customers/public daily and I know how demanding that can be sometime but this team was faultless.

  4 years ago I had to get braces and start correction of my teeth due to the reason of lose of 2 teeth. In May 2022 i decided to move to England in Cambridge and started looking for dentice clinic where dentists would agree to proceed with my current condition and prescribe me a suitable treatment. At Angila Orthodintics at the reception they took my contact data and called me about an arranged appointments. Their dentists helped me to fix my bite and provided a loose retainer which i wear i got my implants set. Besides that help, their doctors advides me an implant doctor in ''Enhance' clinic in Ely, where i met my future doctor. He is a great specialist and great person. I am thankfull to dentists of Angila Orthodontics for great help and providing an support. I am glad that i can walk down the street with a smile on my face.
