    No parking outside for severe disabilities, as I had to walk quite away yesterday only to find out that we are still vat charged and they don't do motorbility. So my advice is find a company that does motorbility group as they really care for the disabled

    I bought my Mobility Scooter from Anglia Mobility, over 2 years ago, and it's been a very handy machine!! Yesterday the 14th October I had a service done on it! (It should be done every year) but the man came (he's the son of the man and lady who started the business) He was very friendly, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable, plus very helpful and kind! He did the complete service, tested the battery, etc! Now it goes really well, and I really can't give them a high enough review! I would give 6 stars if I could!! The things they sell are all top quality items, that are a reasonable price,( no foreign cheap stuff, that costs the earth, but lasts no time at all!), I will only be dealing with these people from now on!! They are the ones to visit, they give helpful advice and will help steer you in the right direction for what you may need, but with no hard selling, like some places do!! I totally recommend them!!

    Awful place, avoid at all cost - they straight up lied to us to get a sale, saying that if there was an issue with sizing we could exchange. Paid £1,150 for a chair and it was the wrong size and suddenly, ‘we don’t do exchanges’, denying the conversation of the previous day. Just horrible to see someone take advantage where it is for products associated with elderly people where it can already be difficult.

    Quite a range of good quality mobility aids at the shop. Mum and I took my Dad to try out some wheelchairs. There was good space for him to do this and Peter at the shop was very knowledgeable and willing in helping us choose a chair. With his knowledge and thoughtfulness I encourage everyone to forgo the larger retailers and put money back into local independent shops like this. There's parking space outside the shop.
