A lovely walk, it doesn’t take very long to walk around but the water is very nice to look at. The whole place it scattered with room on the broom wooden statues and a story line so would be great for kids. Has a small cafe and park too which is quite nice and parking is currently free due to machines being out of order. Would recommend as a family visit, it gets very popular at times though and it doesn’t have too many parking spaces.

Great place for a walk with children. Nice flat path, so it's accessible and perfect for young families taking prams, bicycles etc. Playground is decent. Parking very reasonable, £1 for 2 hrs.
