Our daughter started full time at Angels in September. We have been really pleased with how much she has thrived since being here. Her key worker Miss Lawrence has been really supportive throughout, as have the other teachers. All the staff are really caring and encouraging. Our daughter has come such a long way with potty training thanks to the staff efforts. The teaching methods are are very effective. Management is always very informative and helpful. The nursery itself is clean, secure and safe, which is not something you will everywhere . Our little one loves going in every day. We are very pleased and I would definitely recommend Angels

So happy with the nursery. I have loved having my eldest here and now that my little princess has joined I feel this is the perfect place. She has moved rooms recently, the girls were amazing in helping her transition, the biggest achievement was not only the fact that they have helped with her walking but also nappy changing. The nursery is clean, bright and all the teachers are very kind and loving, its an atmosphere we really wanted. Both myself and Dad are teachers we love the way they develop our children and help in the learning. Kids love coming to nursery, always smiling and happy when they go in and lots to tell us on way home. We love the outdoor play area and very impressed that they took parents comments on boards when designing the new garden! I would recommend the nursery.

Cannot thank Angels enough!! My daughter started at angels at 10 months old.. as a first time parent I was apprehensive with sending my baby into childcare from a young age. Angels have been amazing from day one! From her settle session right up until now in pre school,she absolutely loves nursery. I always get updated on what activities she's been doing and always get work sent home to show family and friends. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.. so glad I chose Angels couldn't think of anywhere better for my child. Definitely recommend!

Still cannot understand how this little nursery was rated OUTSTANDING?! this rating should be updated now as it does not seem holding this quality any longer after our first appointed visit there recently. first of all, this is the first nursery we were required to bring passport for the visit, which is fine to me and i thought this sounds formal and could be added security for our kids. But story started from our minute arriving at the door. We were kept waiting in the entrance lounge for almost half an hour despite we arrived at the right time per our appointment! we could just see staff running around through the glass window on the door and no one was willing to open the door or at least let us know to wait a bit longer... but because they were running, it seems they were trying to get something done or prepared (or hiding from us). If you did try to prepare, you should have already done before our visit due as its booked in the diary?! So not good first impression. Then a very bland-faced lady let us in and sounded just like a serious security guy (no phone allowed, please search your pocket and you have to leave them outside...)oops, ok! we obay that! Then all doors were closely shut! despite doors were so close to each other, all children were kept in their designated small rooms. We went to our baby age group, we could only see a couple of animal toys placed in the centre of the floor, no other toys, and a brand new sheet of paper placed on the table (apparently they just only started it in order to let us see!! so what were you doing if we were not here?? ) all kids looked at us (they were certainly not engaged in any sort of activities) that moment and kids expression would never be left from my mind! I would never send my little one there.... i do feel sorry for other parents as i am not sure if they know how their loved kids spend their day wisely there or just wasted their days there?? hence I am posting my very first google review to share our experience. All the way through, the lady was just simply talking using the tone just like reading nursery policy if that makes sense.... no warmth, no passion at all :( Their garden looked the worst among only 3 nurseries we have visited!! no organisation and very dirty all over, kids could not sense any beauty or organised play area at all.... honestly its worse than our own garden :( After spending less than an hour there, we left. then whats more upset is that my little one got sick for a week from that afternoon! i understand kids usually get sick when going to nursery, but come on, the chance of being caught some germs was as high as spending only less than an hour is too high which means the nursery cleanness and hygiene is appalling!! I am sorry to sound so negative, but every single details is true to our hearts. Wish Ofsted report can be updated for an accurate guidance for first-time parents like us who only know to use Ofsted to find a lovely place for our loved first kids. Thank you. wish our story can be helpful for others.

I have tried to put my 17 month old son in a different nursery about 3 month ago. It was a bit disappointing so I thought about giving up. Then I decided to give it another go with Angels because I heard very good feedback. Thank God I did. He has been going to Angels for 2 months now and he loves it. Those girls are AMAZING. It is quite far from where I live, 7 miles, and I don't drive, I am going by taxi. And I would go not 7, but 14, just to get him there. With all the extraordinary activities they do I wish I could go to nursery. Absolutely in love with this nursery. I cannot thank them enough!!!

My daughter started here when she was 6 months and is currently in the pre school. My second child was at a different nursery as she was on the waiting list at Angels. I feel I can write a review because I have experienced a large nursery and Angels. My eldest attends a local school and started reception this year after leaving Angels and she is doing so well and this is because of the love and care from the staff at Angels. The parents are friendly the staff are lovely and we have always loved it there. My daughter in preschool has really progressed and her confidence has grown every day. As a mother things that matter to me are hygiene and they score 100% you will always see people cleaning and the nursery looks fresh every time. My children are fussy when it comes to food but they never have a problem eating at nursery and I am told at home “it’s not like nursery food” ! Education is also very important and I love they mix it up and make learning fun my daughter is reading and the main thing is she enjoys reading, the nursery have helped us, we have borrowed books and taken tips and advice from them and I couldn’t recommend them more. I’m happy my children all have attended Angels and highly recommend them.
