Same experience here. Have placed a small order expecting delivery within 3-10 days. No delivery or confirmation of delivery after 3 weeks. No response to e-mails. No response to online chat. No phone number on their website, however ringing the number linked on Google also elicits no response. AVOID!!!

Same here - ordered something online that wasn't in stock - lead time quote at 5-7 days delivery. Cancelled the order due to this but now 6/7 weeks later no refund from £200 spent. No answer by phone or email. Does anyone know if the bricks and mortar shop is open?

Unfortunately I'm having to turn to google to actually get a response from Angelot Flooring. I placed an order online a few weeks ago, having waited a week with no real contact from the store, and having paid for the flooring I had to chase them up. When I got a response I was told there was a 4 week wait on my order. That's fair enough but no where on their website does it list lead times or stock, if it was clearly listed I probably wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Sam had messaged to say he would issue a refund, which I still haven't received and now I've have had no response to any emails. I'm sure normally by they provide a great service but so far my experience hasn't been great. I would advise updating your website if you expect to deal with online sales effectively. I'd happily update my review if I actually got a response

I would highly recommend Angelot flooring. Sam was extremely helpful and gave me very good product advice when I was choosing a new floor. The cost was reasonable- good value for money. And the product and end result is great. I am delighted with the new floor, it looks fantastic and Miro, the fitter, did a wonderful job. He was very professional and helpful too, asking me questions about things such as knots for appearance purposes, and direction of laying the boards, to ensure I would be happy...Which I am!
