I took a chain in which had broke and was told they could put a link in which they did and charged me £25 which I thought was alot but would be worth it to wear the chain. 5 days after picking it up the link came undone so I took it back saying for the money I was not happy that it only lasted 5 days. They refused to refund me and said "it was my choice to get it repaired". All staff I spoke to especially the man who did the "so called repair" was rude, quite aggressive in the way he spoke to me. Definitely will not be using this shop again.

We have used Angelo Smith's, on and off, since 1978 when we moved back to Sudbury. More recently I have had , on three different occasions, unwanted jewellery valued and bought by them. They have always been patient, kind and courteous. They will also happily replace watch batteries. I would not dream of going anywhere else!

What a beautiful shop beautiful jewellery fantastic service a lovely lady helped us to pick out a wedding ring that was suitable to wear alongside my engagement ring new and Preloved jewellery I would definitely use this shop again in the future for gifts for family so much stuff to look at in store windows thank you to the lady that served us for all her help she gave us

Visited the shop today and was met by a female with Long dark hair. We asked to look at men's wedding rings and was asked if we wanted second hand !!!! my back went straight up !!! We declined !!she then presented second hand rings. By this point we were both offended . She then said they could make rings but by this point I replied that we would actually get the jeweller who my setting my pink sapphire which we having imported into a rose gold ring setting to make them all at the same time and left !!!. She had also refused to measure my partners finger.... if you want to be shown any respect do not enter this shop wearing dungarees and with manners to spend your hard earned cash . Spend it with other jewellers who look you in the eye and not via the end of thier nose.. RUDE!!!!!!!!

Removed a link on my watch so it'd fit my wrist more comfortably. Very polite service. I wasn't able to pick the watch up on the agreed day, however I called and a very polite lady answered and they kept hold of the watch with no issues. The watch now fits very well and if I need anything else or if I have any other jewellery needs then I shall return. Thanks
