Be weary. The last plumber dropped a gasket down the side of my cistern. Instead of trying to retrieve or replace the missing gasket he quietly told me everything was fixed. A few days later the cistern leaked all over the place while I was away for 2 weeks on holiday. I found the missing gasket on closer inspection.

Charged for a premium Tap of £200.00 plus to replace the Tap that was there and fitted a Tap from Screwfix that you can buy for £56.99. Never finished the job, hot water not running and failed to turn up upon three appointments to complete the installation. Disgraceful, I now have to sue them for the £504.00 they took off my Debit Card Up-Front to do the Job. Service: Faucet repair

Really disappointing experience. After coming to fix my water cylinder, my tenant was left without hot water for a week. When the plumber came back to fix that problem it turned out that he had drained the hot water without refilling the tank. Instead of an apology I got another bill (on top of the very expensive original bill) for the follow up visit. They hassled my tenants so much for payment that eventually I had to pay a reduced fee to get them to go away. Avoid!! Service: Water heater repair

I got back from 3 weeks holiday to find I had no heating or hot water and the boiler was not functioning. One call to Angel Plumbing Services and only a few minutes crying over the phone produced Danny who came in 20 minutes, found the problem (low water pressure and a small leak), replaced the offending part, showed me how to fix the problem in the future and left me with everything in working order. I've been having a leak in my bathroom and I wanted the source found. The plumber did not find the source of the leak, and suggested to reseal the shower, which seemed like a random course of action to take when the problem was not properly identified. I thought the charge was excessive given the problem was not identified and the measure was only some silicon seal was excessive. There was no follow up on whether my leak had stopped. Angel plumbing came to inspect a leak and explained what works are required. They promised a written quote including time estimate for the works. They emailed and called asking for a call out payment of £89 which we paid. Following this they have not responded to several emails or phone calls with regards to the quote. We were 90% certain of what was causing the leak but appointed Angel plumbing to confirm the problem with a view to fixing it. Feels like a scam! I just called them and they have no notes on the job. They also said the plumber who visited has left the company and that someone else would need to come out again to look at the cause of the leak! Their professionalism for receiving the call out charge with documentation, paper work and emails was faultless so perhaps it's a business run on call out charges rather than actual plumbing work!
