I am not new to eyelash extensions, I know what I like and what fits me. I booked for "Full volume" and on arrival was told "No, I don't don't do this. I will do this instead". I said that usually I have 8-11mm, and the following answer was "No. I will do 7-10". I understand that longer lashes can be more damaging, but I had eyelashes before for extended periods of time, and never had problems. I repeated the request, and thought it was understood, but unfortunately, as I saw after - no. Job felt rushed - 50 minutes. My new "full set" looks like I have had this for good 2 weeks and need infils already. Some of the new lashes are added to mid of my lash and it looks like it will fall of very soon. I was told, the eyelashes will last for 4 weeks. I am writing this review 5 days after the appointment, and my eyelashes already has gaps, and I need to book new appointment to fix this. Not the worst experience I ever had, but worst quality for sure.

Not the best experience. I asked/booked in for a full set and I was expecting a full set. Emma told me upon arrival that she didn’t have time for a full set? Why book me in for something you won’t have time to complete? Also made the whole thing feel extremely rushed and uncomfortable. Seemed to criticise my lashes/previous lash extensions more than anything. Really disappointed probably won’t return. Just wasn’t as relaxing and nice experience as I’ve had with other lash appointments.

Cartilage Piercing - 'Daith' gone wrong (rook pierced instead) I called the salon to ask about getting my Daith pierced, which I wanted to get as I suffer from bad migraines. I called first to check that they do these piercings and specified in my whatsapp message (attached). I went to the salon and everything was handled very friendly and professionally. The lady showed me what I thought was my daith in the mirror I said yes that is it and she proceeded to pierce it. It was done very professionally and everything was cleaned properly. I was not until I was comparing my piercing to photos of daith piercings that I realised it was not my daith, but my 'ROOK' that was pierced. I messaged to inform the salon that the wrong piercing had been done and rather than any kind of sympathy/apology for ALSO getting the area wrong, the blame was put onto me and I was basically told that it was my fault and to 'have a nice day' multiple times (basically to "f off" in a passive aggressive way). The least I would have expected here was an apology, let alone a refund for piercing the wrong part of my ear. I called another amazing clinic in Camden (Cold Steel), who informed me that I now need to wait until this has fully healed until I can consider having this changed and actually having my daith pierced. Guess I need to put up with migraines for another year!!! I appreciate that I agreed in person that that was the right place, but you can see in the whatsapp's where she also tells me she did pierce my 'daith' and said 'I don't know what you are talking about' - just google it and you will see it is a rook. Please work on your customer service and do not offer piercings if you do not know what they are.

The lady was not helpful at all and was a bit rude with me. My appoinment was at 1:30pm for eyelash classic extension but I called her at 1:36pm she didnt answer the phone, she said was with another client, but how can I arrive as soon as possible if she doesnt pick up the phone? She called me back at 1:44pm and when I arrived she told me I arrived late. Of course I arrived late because she answer me late!! So she told me I have to pay again for the booking! I have been in so many beauticians and they usually can wait 10 min, but for her you need to arrive on time, so be careful to know where is exactly the location if not they will make you book again!
