Absolutely please don’t use this company ever! The whole experience has completely been a disaster and made moving house the most stressful part getting a new kitchen. We opted to pay a higher price to get a kitchen that will last but it absolutely won’t. It has taken over a year to get the kitchen sorted and the worst part was we handed over the best part of the full kitchen price so completely stuck. How this company keeps going is beyond me! Wish we actually went to a cheaper company it would have been better. Also wish I’d checked as although great reviews actually only a few on there! Worst mistake we have ever made. Then at the very end we actually were asked to pay the final payment. No follow up no customer support and avoided us as they knew. I could go on and on! Only reason we haven’t taken it further is that we have lost the will and we just want to forget the whole experience. Please see past the chat and the talk they give you in that showroom.

We absolutely love our new kitchen which blends in so well in our open plan downstairs living area. We were made welcome on our first visit to the shop and were never pressured to commit, as we'd experienced elsewhere. Kirsty showed us around the show kitchens so that we could see what might be possible for ours. She then visited our home to do an initial survey and find out what we'd like/what was important to us. The initial plan blew our minds, Kirsty had certainly thought "outside the box" We needed to look no further! Care and attention was given to the fitting of the kitchen and the result is first class. Kitchenmeister have been lovely to deal with, Robin, Kirsty, Dawn and Andy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are so pleased with our new kitchen. Robin and his team were a dream to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Dawn in the back office was always a joy to talk to, and work with. The fitters were always on time and very courteous and professional. They even cleaned up after themselves. The fitting was to perfection. The kitchen units are very heavy and solidly built. They knock spots off all the other kitchen supplies we looked at, and we looked at a lot! I do not have a bad word to say about the team at Kitchenmeister.
