Have been here to collect a vehicle on behalf of a company on 2 separate occasions and have been told Over the phone in person the vehicle is ready to collect, on arrival i have been told to wait outside ok both occasions for over 1 and a half hours while they work out whats going on, terrible at best, highly recommended you avoid dealing with these cowboys, their time is more important than yours.

Driver Tom arrived after he’d been stuck in terrible traffic and flooding in east london. Despite this he was friendly, cheerful and very helpful. He took the time to advise me on what best to do as my car was stuck between two other cars and impossible to drive out with the two burst tyres. Thanks Tom! You were great and still smiling
