Traveled from Salisbury to find that dispite the website saying open it was closed. Unless it was for click and collect or deliveries. Over an hour's trip on the train for nothing. It was the only reason for or trip, to find a gothic shop.....we found a closed one in a city with nothing worth travelling for

We turned up on the off chance but the shop is not open for browsing customers. We rang the bell and someone came out to see us. We explained we had come some way for a special hat and the chap could not have been more helpful. 😊 They have a great range and they defo went the extra mile to sort out what we wanted. Really nice folks
