An excellent establishment. It is a delightfully and clean setting and the staff clearly care for cats. We were anxious about leaving our 15 year old Siamese cat that had not stayed away from home before. We need not have worried as they continued her medication and fed her the food we supplied and her treats. Only complaint is they have ignored the march of progress and do not use the internet, email or electronic banking - I don't think they even use mobile phones! Come on folks, take some tentative steps into the 1990s...

My two cats stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas. Older one has been before . The youngest one is only 6 months old so I was a bit anxious . I needn't have worried . They were both looked after so well. Diets are tailored to their needs and staff have a genuine love for the cats in their care . Both came back healthy and would definitely recommend.

decent place to host your cat when you are in holiday. People are nice and take good care of the cats. I wish they would accept card payment, but I guess not everyone has to pay taxes (or should they? 😉)

We have been using this Cat Hotel for a very long time and would highly recommend it, Mandy and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and caring for all of the cats. We have moved 80 miles away but we still take our cat there for her holiday.

My cat was well looked after in clean and safe accomodation. The staff were very friendly and flexible with my changing holiday dates. The price was fair and very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a cat hotel.
