The ladies in this shop are lovely. They're fun, helpful, very understanding and customer service is second to none. I love this shop and the clothes are beautiful. I will be visiting again next time I'm up that way. I was having a bad day when I visited with 2 friends on our way to a spa hotel for celebrations. The ladies couldn't have been kinder to me. I've just tried to return a jumper Ive bought just before Christmas but was refused. I have been to the shop twice the week of 27/12 and 3/1 when it was closed. Sadly caught Covid with subsequently quarentine hence the attempt at return today. The lady at the shop was extremely unkind, and not willing to offer an exchange or gift card. Just blankly refused. Very disappointed.
