My Proven P11 (6kW) Turbine needed the shaft bearings replaced, one of which turned out to be in an advanced stage of disintegration - the turbine had been making a clunking noise on every rotation. I also took the opportunity to have the yaw bearing replaced as part of same job. Anemoi Power were quick to respond, with the visit scheduled within a fortnight. The work was challenging and overran into a second day, mainly due to the obstinacy of one of the old bearings which was seized to the shaft and eventually had to be cut off - but Anemoi adhered to the quoted price without a quibble/mention. I am very pleased with the outcome and the turbine is operating well again. I felt Anemoi Power have all the required qualities - full technical competence with the product, tenacity, conscientiousness, and being well-equipped, plus having that general mechanical savvy that gives one confidence! - Dan.
