Really disappointed. Booked and was quoted “around £25”. When the taxi dropped us at the destination we were told it was £40 and the taxi driver wouldn’t budge, and was quite rude. Went with another company for the return journey and actually paid £25. First was daytime, second was peak time. I’m angry about the modelling but more about the driver’s attitude. Will never book through A2B or Andy Cars again.

Don't seem to be many choices in this area. So you kind of have to settle for companies like AndyCars. They always say 5 or 10 mins till a taxi can arrive but it's usually at least 15 and has been up to an hour before! It'd be nice if they could just be honest with their times. It's so inconsiderate. Then the price. Often something just 7 miles away (10 minute drive) can be £20/£25. Super expensive. That's over £2 a minute! It's obnoxious. Honestly if you have another option take it.

Rang for a quote for a pick up at 11:30 on Sunday Eve for a trip of about 1 1/2 miles and was told it would be £10, then was told as it was a bank holiday it would be £14. Ended up ringing them to change the time to 11 pm and the guy turned up on time in a big Merc. When we reached our drop of I was told it would be £25, I said I'd been quoted £14 but the driver said it was £25 on his mobile phone. Not sure how his phone added a rip-off factor, but the whole thing was a rip off. I'd advise you not to use this company or pay up front if you must use them. Very disappointed! Don't like being taken for a ride (pun intended) Richard Lee.

Just used the service, and the driver didn't even drop us at home saying the car cannot go into narrow road leading to our home, and that he struggled coming out when he had been there before. Just used the same service yesterday different driver, that driver was fine dropping us home. Today was even charged £10 for half a mile journey and didn't drop us home. The only reason I called a taxi was because I had some packages around 20KG delivered and was too far to carry it home. Just had a bad experience today.
