    I would not recommend any one to deal with you, your service is extremely bad, especially your staff - Paul. Whatever I ring him, I text him, he doesn’t response. Always! Remember always to be late for his job. So no one should have their service.

    Just had lino put down in our kitchen. Initially measured up and went for laminate as cheaper but fitters advised this wouldn't last as our floor was too uneven and needed screeding. All done and sorted same day with no hassle. Good clean job and very reasonable. Looks lovely.

    First time I had these was for a stair carpet. The carpet was one step short, although this was sorted. This time never turned up to measure up, no phone call or anything. Obviously just forgot. I've had to give the review one star or it won.t let me post but its a minus.

    We are repeat customers at Andy's we've used and recommended him for our own customers, unfortunately when we decided to use him for our own living room carpet it didn't go well, the fitting and after service has been extremely disappointing the fitter brought out the carpet and proceeded to cut the carpet short!! (and it was not a cheap carpet) We called Andy and he came out and looked at the problem agreed it had been cut short and arranged for the fitter to come and put a join in. The fitter came back and put a join in and but the join is not straight so we are left with with a very obvious line in the carpet (check the picture) we called Andy again to let him know how unhappy we were, he agreed to have the fitter back out and re-do the join. To date we still have not had the fitter out to fix the problem and we have not had any contact from Andy or anyone at the store, we have since also found out it is actually cut short all around and we can get our fingers between the edge of the carpet/gripper and the skirting.
