Joke of a company.very unprofessional when a issue was raised about a item that was purchased and giving me problems. DO NOT buy their cheap alternatives to the proper products you need because you will end up with problems. Two mechanics warned me about buying buying replacements parts from eBay and I had to learn the hard way dealing with this company. YOU WERE WARNED!

I recently returned an RAC 408 starter I purchased for a restoration of my 3.4 had S type Jaguar,covid held up resto.car was then started twice, heard a noise from engine end of starter casing had sheared off andys answer out of warrarnty 1year I had starter for almost 2 years unused, but buying same starter from Powerlite 3 years warranty! same quality of starter I don,t thinkso.powerlite offered to repair but what use is a starter that is not fit for purpose

Got a starter motor from here on bank holiday Monday. Good quality part for an excellent price compared to everywhere else I looked (europarts halfords etc) Lads that worked there were sound aswell and friendly. Will definitely use them again if I need anything for my car.
