I first visited Andy in February 2020 after struggling with acne for a number of years. I had been trying everything I could find to help my skin but nothing was working and my acne worsening. I had become demoralised and at a loss as to what I could do to help my skin. After an extensive google search I came across Andy's website. The before and after pictures he provides on his instagram page instilled great confidence in me so I booked a consultation and treatment with him. At our first appointment Andy conducted an in depth skin analysis and I had one treatment, specifically targeted at my concerns. I came away with products and a whole new skincare regime to follow. Our plan was to follow up with further sessions of microneedling however the Covid-19 pandemic began. Throughout March - August I continued with my set out skin care regime and received regular email correspondence from Andy regarding the progress of my skin. If I had any questions or concerns I was able to contact Andy over email and would receive a prompt response. By August my active acne had almost disappeared and I was left with some scarring. In August I was able to revisit Andy and we started a 6 session program of Byonik laser therapy. This helped to treat the scars I was left with. January 2021 We have now finished our 6 session program and I am continuing with my skin care regime at home. My skin is unrecognisable with the occasional breakout following poor lifestyle choices. We plan to try a new program of microneedling when personal circumstances allow in order to treat stubborn scars that did not ease following Byonik laser therapy. Andy has changed my skin and my life. I will forever be grateful for everything he has done for me. He is professional, knowledgable and amazing at his job. I look forward to seeing Andy again in the future.

I was really struggling with my skin earlier in 2020. I love skincare and a combination of constant experimentation with new products (most of which promised to be gentle!) and stress had left me with itchy, sore skin that looked papery, sometimes blotchy and rashy and felt tight and painful. I also had very congested skin so was stuck in a cycle of trying to clear that, but without using anything harsh that would cause further outbreaks of eczema, hives and irritation. Having always been eczema prone, I was keen to find someone to help. I had a virtual consultation with Andy who really worked to get to the bottom of the issues by asking lots of questions. I also sent over some detailed photos. Andy was kind and empathetic, and really understood how much it was bothering me. He put me on a simple routine to repair my skin barrier function and to allow it to heal, and was also kind enough to address any concerns by email. After maybe two weeks, I started to notice an enormous difference in my skin: it was calmer and the papery feeling had gone away - I had a little bounce back. I have stuck with the routine for over 6 months now and I love it. My skin feels completely comfortable and so much more resilient when it comes to fluctuations in weather or hormones (both of which used to drive my skin insane!). I also use the Facelite LED mask and, with consistent use, I have noticed a bit more fullness to my skin and a more even skin tone. I just turned 40 and can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident without make up.

Andy is an absolutely outstanding skin specialist. I have seen Andy for a series of microcurrent facials combined with LED since October and the results are amazing. I have seen doctors on Harley Street London who haven’t achieved the results that Andy has. Andy has also given me a simple but effective skin care protocol, which has improved my skin enormously. He is meticulous, professional, results-focussed, and so knowledgeable about all things skin. Highly recommended!
