Before Andy I never managed to stick to any exercise plan. I don’t practise any particular sports and have never felt confident enough to go to the gym and lift weights by myself. I started looking for a personal trainer in Andover and I couldn’t have been luckier picking Andy. Andy’s always made me feel comfortable and every workout I felt as if I was training with a friend. Over the past few months I’ve grown much stronger and I now can do exercises/workouts/lift weights I never thought I could. At the beginning of my training the goal was to start lifting weights (not having done that before as a girl) and increase core strength, I can proudly say I’ve achieved lots at both. At first I wasn’t able to even do box push ups, I can now do full body ones and that’s all thanks to Andy teaching my body is stronger than my mind thinks I am. If you are looking for a pt, whatever your fitness goal may be, I know Andy is the best person around to help you with it, but as he says, no pain, no gain ;) Thanks a ton Andy!

I started in May with Andy with an 8 week body transformation. I enjoyed every session, so much so I still have weekly sessions. Andy has helped me like my body again and this is not an easy feat. I now have a personalised programme that Andy has made for me that I follow in the gym. Going to the gym in the past was something that I always struggled with mainly because I had no idea what I was doing so I would always give up and cancel my subscription. This has all changed now and I walk in confident knowing what I am doing and absolutely love it. All my moaning to Andy has been worth it!! Thanks boss
