I took my guitar to Andy for a set-up, which I had pre-arranged by phone. He said he'd have it done by the end of the day and would call when it was ready.so I stayed in town all day waiting. The call never came, so, just before the shop was due to close, I returned to ask him how it was going.After standing around while he ignored me for some considerable time, he finally said that he hadn't got round to it and could I come back another day. So that's what I did. I went back on the day we'd arranged and picked up the guitar. He said he had lowered the action slightly but kept the same strings on, and charged £20. After getting the guitar home and testing it properly, I discovered that he had lied. He hadn't even touched the guitar, didn't even take it out of the case.
