Very disappointed with the service and so called diagnostic. Send my beloved Sony TV for diagnostic and was told it was not viable to repair, I had to ask for report as none given when TV returned to me. Appeared to be more interested in selling me one of their TV with a very small discount. Sold said sony TV on ebay for a lot less than its worth due to Andrews report. Person who bought it off me sent me a message saying it took him less than 5 minutes and no replacement parts to repair. will never use or recommend Andrews to anyone. AVOID. I would leave no stars but unable too.

Paul carried out a top quality service installing our new CCTV system. He provided honest advice on range of market products he endorsed, with reasons why he endorsed them, giving pros and cons and quotes for each. He was very personable and always on hand to answer any questions before I chose my option. Paul was here installing the system over a full day and didn't stop until he was sure everything was setup correctly. I have to state that I really admire Paul's work ethic, discretion, honesty which is "standard" to him due to his passion and knowledge of all that he does. Definitely using Paul again to improve home wifi capability as I know it'll get done to the standard he sets, that we want.

First class service - cannot recommend Andrews TV enough. Purchased our new TV and changed SKY . Paul hard wired all our mini boxes - this was all done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there was a problem with our new SKY equipment. Although Paul's work was all complete he did not want to leave until everything was sorted. He spent over 2 hours (talking to SKY for over an hour) to ensure everything was sorted and up and running. His customer care was excellent (unfortunately the same can’t be said for SKY who only want your money and then you can get on with it yourself). The service we’ve had from Andrews TV shows why you should support local family firms for unbeatable care and customer service.
