I was refused a notary for no apparent reason. When asked why I was simply told that it is "Mr Martin's decision", it was confusing and annoying as I had been waiting for the notary thinking that it was in progress and had agreed to certain fees. Baring in mind the document was in English and was issued in the United Kingdom, actually about 40 miles away from their office, the refusal came after I had answered a question from one of the office workers asking me the country it will be used for, therefore, the refusal reasons seem racial or ethnic which is why I would NOT recommend this place.

I required several documents to be processed, notarized, legalized and then sent to my address in Spain, at relatively short notice. Throughout the process all of my enquiries were courteously and professionally handled by Lisa Roe, secretary to Mr. Martin. Lisa kept me up to date on the progress on a daily basis, and guided me, in a very reassuring manner, from initial enquiry to the safe and timely receipt of the documents. Five stars well deserved for friendly and profesional service.
