I have a good quality watch manufactured by Michel Herbelin. I purchased the watch many years ago from J G Andrews. Recently the clasp that holds the watch on has begun to fail. I wanted to get the clasp repaired or replaced before it failed which might end up with me loosing the watch. I visited two of the better jewellers in Woodbridge too see if they could help. One response was "If its more than 10 years old (it is) you can't get spares anymore" The other seller said you can't get a replacement clasp for that watch but we'll sell you a leather strap that fits it for £95" So I visited Andrews who could not have been more helpful. Their repair guy looked at my watch and said "I can't get the exact replacement but I can fit a Casio clasp that will look just the same. The fitting on the Casio is 1mm wider that yours but I'm sure I can file it down to fit" And that is exactly what he did. Plus he cleaned the bracelet for me. An the charge for all this work? £25! What excellent service and nice to know that some jewellers can still get the basic right. Thank you

My wife recently used this jewellers to have a very old eternity ring altered and redesigned. Two other jewellers said that they were unable to help, but the advice and service that we received from Alan was excellent. The remodelled ring is utterly fantastic and we can highly recommend this shop.

Very snazzy little place the gentlemen here reek of suave.... Very upscale ritzy place... BtB no snobbery!! Very polite and very well mannered and respectful!! I only went if to haeh at clasp put on a necklace.... And was treated very very well!! I was treated as an individual... Even though i was wearing a nike tracksuit and air max 90's.... I felt in no way shape or form discriminated or pre judged.... Lovely place lovely staff... Lovely experience
