Very disappointed with the Customer Care we have received from Andrew Symons, Crediton branch. We brought our tractor second hand from a local farmer who recommended them as an honest good company. Unfortunately we have found this not to be the case to the amount of £3,746.50 for labour alone!! When collecting the tractor yesterday there was still an error code which took 30 minutes to fix and Air conditioning still not working although stated on the bill it is☹️I would suggest if the mechanics are not sure of the problem you ask for a quote!
