Left my coat on 1.02 to clean and fix the stitches on the belt. Since it was specialist clean, they needed to check the price, was promised I will be texted the price of cleaning same day. Got a text on 6.02 that it can’t be done. Came to pick up. Belt stitching also not done. This kind of unacceptable service is how businesses lose customers.

They do a great job with cleaning and alterations. The issue is the staff member has zero customer service skills, constantly on their phone and when talking to them it's like you're communicating via satellite delay. Seldom make promised deadlines which is par for the course really with most dry cleaners which I can live with because like I said outcome is solid with cleaning and alterations.
