  Andrew, On behalf of my family I wanted to thank you for all your help and support in arranging my Father’s (Howard England) funeral. Every step of the way was deal with in a kind, empathetic and professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. We were calmly guided through the planning and regular contact was made.   Wow, what can I say! Right from the minute I spoke with Andrew I knew we would be in safe hands. His kindness and support was evident immediately. He dealt with the smooth transport of my brother to his lovely premises. When he visited to explain the process he was gentle, respectful and explained every step. The reassurance he showed was excellent. On the day of the funeral he explained everything and reassured me. I would highly recommend Andrew and his wonderful team. Right from the beginning to the end he showed great respect and gave my brother dignity and kindness. Thank you so very much for making my brother’s passing and his subsequent funeral more bearable.

  Andrew is a consummate professional of the highest order. His kind, considered, empathetic nature made the whole process of dealing with the death of my Dad an easy process to navigate. Considering this was during the early stages of the Covid pandemic and all the uncertainty that brought, it was reassuring to have Andrew guiding us. 15 months on and we have just held Dad's Service of Thanksgiving, again with Andrew's faultless professionalism at the helm. He continues to help us as we decide on a stone for the grave. His gentleness and good humour make him very approachable and I would not hesitate to recommend his services. Incidentally, it was through him conducting a funeral for a friend that I first knew of Andrew and I made a mental note that when I needed a funeral director, I knew who I would call!

  Andrew and his team have literally been a Godsend. Right from the moment we met on the night my husband died through to today when he returned his ashes home, I have been overwhelmed by the professionalism, dignity and tenderness shown to us all at this extremely difficult time in our lives. Nothing has been too much trouble, and whilst these situations are never easy to experience, Andrew has made the process as comfortable as it is possible to do so. The Chapel of Rest is a lovely setting for a funeral service and enabled us to spend time remembering my husband in an appropriate way, rather than being time limited due to the current restrictions. We knew we were in good hands, my husband and all his family, throughout this whole journey. Thank you so much Andrew from us all.

  Andrew conducted our funeral and we are pleased he did. His services are very professional whilst remaining very personal. Andrew is a kind and gentle person, it is obvious he is genuine and honest in his work. All the details were taken very good care of by Andrew, he even checked that the front door was locked before we set off in the car following the hurst. Andrew offers a service that respects the old traditions of service and courtesy. I offer my thanks to Andrew and i am more that happy to recommend his services to others.

  Andrew has in no uncertain terms made the funeral arrangements for my late father in the most professional and sensitive way possible. Due to the nature of my fathers death, and the needs for a coroners investigation, Andrew has taken responsibility for all liaison and communication with the coroner's office and helped so much at a hugely distressing a tragic time. He has a calm professional manner and was available to meet the needs of myself, family and friends. For example answering telephone calls and arranging viewings at his Chapel of rest in Bingley in evenings and weekends to suit the needs of my family and relatives. Andrew was able to provide advice and experience on the legalities and options available to meet my father's wishes and met our individual budget. He is most definitely a man of great integrity and kindness at a time when a family of those departed need support. My family and I wish to publicly express our gratitude to Andrew Ellershaw for all of his support and his services arranging the cremation of Malcolm Holstock, we cannot recommend him highly enough.
