Sam was an excellent first point of contact, very easy to deal with and always willing to deal promptly with any issue I had. It is also very apparent that he is a part of a great team. I was impressed with their marketing and their diligence in ensuring that all members of the team were properly informed about the property when undertaking viewings. I was kept informed at all times about viewings and offers and I never had to chase them up about anything throughout the whole process. Sam was particularly impressive in dealing with matters after an offer had been agreed which I think is a true sign of a very good estate agent. All in all it was as good an experience as I could have hoped for and I would certainly recommend them.
