This is the worse solicitor we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with! And I deal with hundreds in my job! He was only instructed as he did the Will for my father. He never replies to emails or the emails chasing him up from myself or my brother. He gets information wrong and he doesn’t follow through on what he says he will do… that was after we insisted on a meeting! He has caused a huge family rift due to his blaming (which is his inability to do his job on me delaying matters)! It has been over two years since my dad passed and still no headstone ordered cos this solicitor is holding things up by not replying to our emails!! I intend to report him to the law society he is that bad! Even the funeral directors have now informed me that they have heard the same from other customers of theirs! This man should not be licensed for law! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Please don't waste your time with this company. We have been waiting for over a month for 1 email to be sent. We get no response from emails or phone calls. We have been promised a phone call back for a week now. This is to do with my father in laws Estate, this company has added to our stress. A complete waste of time

This company was used by our buyers during our house move. They were not responsive, did not respond to emails, answer phone or return calls. They almost lost us our new home due to their lack of communication. This company caused the chain to not complete on time and therefore didn't complete on the agreed date. We were told that they have to pay for any expenses that we had as a result of this. 4 months later, we are still waiting for them to acknowledge that they have to pay for our expenses. Receipts, emails and phone calls have been made and had no correspondence back from them. You would think that they would want to move on from this.
