One of those things you put off bit is so important. I contacted Andrew initially as I had seen him recommended on local pages for where we were due to move to. I gave him expected dates and suggested when he could make contact and he did at the right time. When he came to discuss the wills he was very clear and patient. Everything was explained and he even suggested a clause to help our autistic grandson in case he inherited and needed help. More recently a family event meant I needed to contact him again. Once again he was efficient and polite, with everything being dealt with quickly. I’m sure his rates are reasonable too. So glad I found him. Thank you Andrew.

My family has used Andrew Douglas services in several different areas recently. Andrew has always been very professional while still being very approachable in everything he has undertaken for us. This is so important when dealing with the important and emotive subjects of wills or power of attorneys, etc., as in our case. The added complication of a disabled parent with communication challenges was handled admirably by Andrew who talked to all parties in language they could understand and used examples to help ensure the understanding. Our many questions were always answered without any feeling of time pressure and emails/paperwork were always received when Andrew said they would be.
