I have had the absolute joy of working with Andres for a few months. I could not have picked a better PT. Like a chameleon he adapted to me week on week, but always consistent, encouraging and empowering. My confidence is up, my weight is down and overall my fear of the gym is no longer a barrier. I won’t be winning any body building competitions any time soon, but I feel good about myself, and continuing in the gym alone. Should I require instruction or further training in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return under Andres’ instruction again. (Also his app, classes and communication outside of the gym are all included - bloody lovely!)

Somehow 5/5 doesn’t seem enough! METFIT is more than a gym class, the community it has and I now get to be a part of is like nothing else I’ve every experienced. Andres has that great balance of pushing you to work hard and still keeping it fun. All whilst doing it with group of people I get to count as good friends now! I couldn’t recommend METFIT more, if you’re just starting out at the gym, or are just looking for a mix up to your routine, any other class is boring now! Thanks Andres!
