I finally spoke to Alison on Wednesday 29/3 , because up until me ringing I had been firing off numerous emails finding out more information with regards to a procedure that I was very very interested in , in other words I’m no time waster . Alison explained that I would have to call into clinic for patch test and pay over the telephone a £50 deposit which I did , I also made an appointment for the following day ( clinic not busy ) I asked Alison if my £50 deposit could be offset off the final bill if I went ahead with procedure if the patch test came back clear , she explained yes if I booked within a certain time . I set off in plenty of time the morning of my appointment as I live aprox I hour away . Sadly there had been an overturned lorry on the M6 so I wouldn’t make my app in time . After numerous phone calls to the salon ( it was engaged ) I finally got through to be told that I could be seen later , my consultation wouldn’t be as long . At this point the traffic was at a standstill and I had an opportunity to come off at next junction rather than continue on motorway. I explained that I had no idea what time I would get there or how long I would be on motorway and I wasn’t prepared to risk being stuck in traffic on the motorway for possibly hours !! I asked if I could re schedule my appointment and I was told that I would have to pay a further £50 deposit as it was none refundable !!! I couldn’t believe this as it wasn’t my fault that the lorry had overturned. The lady I spoke to even knew about the hold up on motorway!!! They offered me an appointment in the afternoon but I had commitments being a grandmother of 8 and having elderly parents to attend ! The Second Lady I spoke to was just not interested at all , her attitude was appalling. I asked to speak to the owner Alison but apparently she wasn’t in . It wasn’t as if I had even taken somebody’s appointment because I’d only made it late afternoon the day before !!!! Due to the lack of compassion etc this company has lost hundreds and hundreds of pounds because the procedure I was going to have isn’t cheap by no means, I was planning on spending almost £1,000 and my girlfriends were also interested and I was hoping to be the Guinea pig and give this company lots of business as I do believe it’s a small business. I was absolutely disgusted with the staffs attitude and so were my girlfriends. I advice you not to book with this company because it’s obvious they are only interested in one thing MONEY!!!

After lots of research I decided to go to Andrea Catton as she has the PicoSure laser which is the best out there. I am so so so happy with the clinic. I met Gemma yesterday after being nervous for my patch test. I can confirm the pain is no where as bad as what I had thought it was going to be. Both Gemma and Andrea were lovely and Gemma was very informative and answered any questions I had. She is so down to earth and I actually laughed a lot during the session because I was so relaxed. A lot of the blue from my tattoo has completely gone just from the patch test. My only regret is not booking in sooner. Thank you so much 😊 Service: Laser tattoo removal

Andrea is the most lovely , true lady I've met best in tattoo removal, I left her clinic so happy , amazed that after just one session some came off completely straight away there at the clinic .. AMAZING ,best after care treatments included too ,I highly recommend if you have tattoo regret Andrea really is the lady that will help you she really cares for her clients too . Personally I didn't find it painfull either it’s very clean ,again the best your going too get in the UK , ignore the comment below Andrea is as lovely as a lady can be , you will find clinics offering cheaper prices but the results are so evident I’ve researched so much about this if you do so you will see Andreas clinic doesn’t use the picosure more than 7 times for a reason... her machine doesn’t need 10 plus sessions like other clinics you pay for what you get in this situation with tattoo removal,, I’m on just session 4 and it’s almost completely gone where as other clinics told me 10 to 12 plus sessions even with there picosure ...had too add too this review so people are more educated .
