If I could give zero stars I would. Thank you andover premier cars for not even bothering to turn up this morning at 5am for our airport run. Also no point having phones if they don't work or are not available. It was you who set the time, you who confirmed the booking and you who just didn't bother. Absolutely disgusting service. If you have any sense I wouldn't touch them. Unprofessional and unreliable. Thank you to the other taxi firm who kindly helped us last minute, cheaper as well. I will be investigating if I can report your company. If we had missed our flights I can assure you we would be seeking assistance to recover any lost funds. Update from your reply. Our booking was 25th August 2022 at 5am to Heathrow. Despite multiple attempts the phone rang out multiple times then it wouldn't do anything. And thanks for the reply to the email I sent you when I saw the reply on here, as ever professional! I would wait for a reply, but no doubt, it won't come, just like your taxi's. I would never use you or recommend you to anyone. Complete rubbish service and takes no responsibility, not even an email to my mum who made the booking to apologise, good job we made alternative arrangements to get us from the airport on the home otherwise we'd still be waiting today.

WE HAVE BIG PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY! I'VE BEEN BOOK TAXI AT 20:30 AND THE TAXI WAS COME AT 20:40. BECAUSE OF THIS DELAY I WAS LOOSE THE TRAIN AND THE PARTY TICKETS TO LONDON WICH COST ME MORE THAT 700£. MY LAWYER WILL GONA REZOLVE CASE LIKE THAT. THEY SAID ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE OF THAT AND THEY CLOSE THE PHONE TO ME EVERYTIME I CALLED. THE MANAGER OF COMPANY TRATED ME WITH DISRESPECT !!!

This service was great bringing us to the airport, HOWEVER when we can home we were left stranded at the airport with no way of contacting anyone. The number on the website came back as unrecognizable, with 3 children and my elderly mother this was very stressful!!! No way would I recommend this company.
