Not even worth a star for the manger she works in Andover High Street Postoffice. I โve been served by the postoffice manager (Big lady with glasses on), she was rude and bad attitude being in front of the counter towards customers. I think she doesnโt suitable for this role, all about providing customer service and she even lack of basic manners.๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป i wish the management can read this.

Couldn't renew driving licence. After queing for 10 or 15 mins only to get smirked at and told 'we don't do that here' was not a good experience at all. Why did they ever close the main post office?!

Rude, unhelpful staff, long wait. They seem to think they're doing you a favour by even serving you.

All of the staff and management I encountered during my visit today at the Post Office in WHSmith were fantastic.

Short on staff = unpleasant customer experience = unhappy customers = miserable staff = more unhappy customers Another example of greedy executives getting rich by making people miserable.

Went to collect my item yesterday to find a sign saying due to unforeseen circumstances blah blah they would close at 12:00 dated 28th May. Unfortunate but not a big deal I could go the next day instead. Turn up on the 29th at around 12:30 and the same sign is up no alterations and the site is closed. Waste of time and very irritating.

Ended up leaving as although I was first in line, people then started a line somewhere else, although the guy clearly saw me first, he went with the majority. I rejoined that line and eventually gave up as no one was keeping distance and had my child with me.
