I haven't even used their services and it's a 1 star from me. I was given their details by my GP, and also in a letter from the Bridge Centre. I phoned them optimistically, only to be met with the most unhelpful, uncompassionate receptionist (I wish I'd got her name but I couldn't wait to get off of the phone!) From the get go she had a bad attitude, told me that their number is being handed out willy-nilly by doctors (As if that's my fault?) and asked me what the problem is. She kept repeating herself, and asking me what help I'm after, but I was simply following the guidance of my GP and was hoping that maybe she could answer that for me. I had my mum next to me for support, and at one point the woman commented saying "Sorry but who am I speaking to as I'm hearing two voices??" In a patronising rude tone. At which point my patience had finally run out and I politely said that I didn't like her attitude and I hung up.

Got referred here & to start with it was ok but I haven't been able to attend for a couple of months now & even missed my review with Lottie & not once has anyone had the decency to call me & ask why they haven't seen or heard from me in so long or how I'm doing. I thought that this place was supposed to be there to support people experiencing different stages & varieties of mental health issues but clearly none of them give a s**t. If your suicidal like a was during the time I couldn't attend here then you can forget any support you thought that these people where there to provide or for them to even pick up the phone & call to see if your still alive. It's a real shame that there's no decent help & support available for mental health patients in & around Basingstoke unless you can afford to pay £60+ for private counselling services which a lot of people can't nowadays, including myself. I honestly wouldn't hold your breath if you want these people to care & offer you any help trying to manage your depression/anxiety & ease some of life's difficulties etc as if for any reasons you can't attend here then you are just nonexistent.
