Hi Team, I had the pleasure of speaking to Chandani your pharmacist this morning, the telephone appointment was booked to review my mum’s medication She rang me exactly on time and showed compassion and interest as her first question was to ask how my mum was feeling, it was obvious she wasn’t trying to rush the conversation. We discussed mum’s medication in depth and agreed that there were no changes required She was able to inform me of the result of a recent X-ray as Dr Singh had already reviewed it I was concerned about issues relating to my Mum’s declining memory, Chandani checked the notes and confirmed a referral to the memory clinic had been completed but assured me she would follow up the request today and change the status to priority I have spoken to many staff at the practice and yet again I have found Chandani extremely caring and understanding she was willing to ensure all my queries had been answered before the call had ended Her interpersonal skills are outstanding and fully understood that she was speaking with a son that needed reassurance regarding his mother’s condition The call exceeded all expectations and the additional information gained has been invaluable, please pass on my praise and thanks to her

The building is a bit tired, but there's always attentive service from the staff, especially the doctors. Reception staff seem to often have too much on, so prepare for a bit of a wait when you arrive. Getting appointments is simple, and doctors will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. One of the best practices I've used in London.

I don’t go to the doctors often, and this was well before Covid. However yesterday it transpired I had two appointments both of which I was late for. Obviously this was because of the weather. However this is the first review I’ve ever left for a doctors; but I needed to just congratulate the doctor that I saw and the nurse that I saw for just being so receptive and open to my needs. I hope if and when I have to go to the doctors again my experience can be replicated as usual thanks a lot Dr Singh and Tanya.

Had a few health scares and general check-ups, and this place was always fantastic with everything and were helpful and supportive throughout. Okay, it's not the Ritz, a refurbishment certainly wouldn't hurt, but I was sad to leave the catchment area. At the end of the day, it's a doctors surgery and it does its job well.
