Where to begin..... website states: Contact our friendly team at our established launderette in Andover, Hampshire, about our highly competitive launderette services. ..... what a joke. Owner was extremely rude. The walkway between the door and the machines is narrow. The owner decided to close the door and leave a Rusty bucket in the middle of the walkway for no one to see who is carrying washing. Unfortunately my mother was carrying my 6month old who landed up falling and bruising herself badly as well as dropping the baby on the floor. She left as an emergency to check the baby was OK. After making sure my 6 month old did not sustain any serious head injury we went back for the washing. The old man didn't ask how my daughter was after their incompetence and failure of safeguarding customers , he was more concerned and shouted at my mother for leaving her washing behind. There was no ask of how she was or how the infants head injury was. When questioned about why a bucket is left in a walkway, he shouted children are not allowed in his laundrette. I advised he failed to advise my mother when she entered with the child nor was there a sign stating so. After being in A&E for 5hrs thankfully both mother and baby are OK. Although badly bruised. Do we not have a duty of care to customers anymore, he was more concerned about her clothes than the wellbeing of a 6month old baby's head. Shocking

Opening and closing times are not as stated. Last wash at 1550. Luckily I was only drying something for 30 minutes so I figured 1620 would be a good time to start, that way I leave 10 minutes before it's due to close. Nope! Owner told me I was too late and next time to read the sign. He's friendly enough, until he's not, and then he's make your blood boil vile.
