I had my company FORD ranger in for a transmission repair. A couple of days afterwards the locking wheel nuts flew of on all tyres. The dealer denied involvement. Had my own Ford S-MAX in for a service and lost my exhaust a day afterwards despite the checklist saying it was checked and ok, one week later the car went in to limp mode with the air filter inlet hose loose. both occasions required me to recover the vehicle. The dealer deals with complaints very slow and unsatisfactory despite e-mailing picture evidence and calling regularly. The Service has cost me £800 and could have cost me that another 2x if I wouldn't have been able to recover the vehicle myself. Services: Transmission repair, Oil change, Exhaust
