Wouldn't deal with again. On both occasions they came to lay the carpet they were very late, supposed to come in the morning and arrived mid afternoon but I had to ring on the first occasion to ask where they were. Had so much carpet remaining that had to ring to check we hadn't paid too much, not sure how they do their measurements but seemed like an enormous mount of waste that even the carpet fitter was surprised. The carpet fitter himself was great but my husband had to help him to bring the carpet up the stairs as even though they brought an extra person it wasn't enough. The assistant they brought with them managed to smash a tile and was a tad clumsy. Then the invoice arrived, I ended up paying several pounds more than they put in the invoice. When I realised the mistake I called and they said I would get a refund but 2 weeks later I am still waiting. Worst customer service ever. Will not be getting carpet from there again.
