I had half expected to be told we needed to replace the machines but instead he knew how to fix them and even managed to source the parts despite them not being terribly common. Ben responded rapidly to my initial enquiry at the weekend when we agreed a date a few days later to attend. He arrived on time and was quickly able to access the rear of the washing machine. The location of the leak was difficult to ascertain but Ben was diligent in eventually finding it. He repaired the leak but, importantly, he checked for further problems and identified a second leak. His persistence was admirable. Ben efficiently reassembled the machine and returned it to the original location. An excellent technician, polite, clean and friendly and I would highly recommend him.
