Honestly, they don’t care about you. They’ll push you from pillar to post, don’t care that you’re suicidal, they’ll still take their sweet time.

Terrible. They are no help at all. Made me so much worse! Will be making a complaint to the Care Quality Commission

It’s shocking how an organisation that is supposed to help people with their mental health is actually worsening the same thing they claim to help. The people who you talk to are awful and have no idea as to how to treat anyone with respect and empathy. I have been apparently referred back to my GP after years of trying to get help because I didn’t reply to a letter which I never received… even though the whole time I was communicating with them about my treatment. Don’t expect them to care. They’re not there for you. Even my gp has been better than these people at understanding mental health issues.

Appalling service. I have been kicked out/forgotten and verbally abused by some staff. I have been waiting over 4 months to be seen, even in times of absolute crisis. I have been referred over 4 times by different services, with (Junction Road) saying they will call back each time. This has STILL NEVER HAPPENED, and I am STILL waiting... It has now reached Crisis again.

No option for 0 stars They don't turn up for zoom / teams calls. Then when you complain they blame you. They don't offer anything other than sort term sticking plasters and they are rubbish at that too.

*☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars so I have had to give 1. I have found Andover CMHT to be extremely dismissive and unprofessional. They offered very limited help and signposted me to Andover Mind and iTalk. After being under their care for over a year the only support they were able to offer was a Core Life Skills group course. Andover CMHT has left me with more psychological harm. You are better off paying for private psychological therapy that being messed around and treated unkindly by Andover CMHT.

If you want a team that forgets you exist to the point that you have the same appointment three times in a row....then this is the place for you. They will listen to you, forget everything, and then act shocked that your mental health is worse than when you first entered into their "care" After months of trying to get some help, they have decided to transfer me back to my GP....who was the one who transferred me to them in the first place. Glorious.

I didn't feel listened to, supported, or accepted. I am quite disappointed by this service some of the issues I found with this service included, (but wern't limited to) - not having a say in my care or getting a chance to express my overall state - having no chance to leave feedback or comments about the way I was treated - being treated unfairly by the hospital, and then the mental health team not wanting to know - being expected to " drop" what ever I was doing because they never organized times and days with me to visit they just showed up and expected me to be freee - them saying we'll talk to you about this, that and the other- but they never did - lifelong damage. I actually feel traumatised using this service. I all ready felt vunnerable, and this service made it worse
