I first used this garage in January 2022 for an MOT test and a Bronze service. I was satisfied with the service provided at that time. However, I was not at all happy with the service I received in January this year (2023), when I requested an MOT test and a Bronze service. On returning home after collecting the vehicle from the garage I opened the bonnet and found that my top engine cover had been badly scratched. I also found road dust and dirt on my tyre valve caps indicating that they had not been removed to allow the tyre pressures to be checked and/or adjusted, which makes me wonder if anything else had been omitted. I also had to request a copy of my Service Schedule which when received had not been filled out. I have no confidence in this garage anymore and certainly will not be returning and cannot recommend them. I telephoned them to complain and I was promised a return call which was not forthcoming. I am disappointed as I thought that I had found a garage that I could trust and have confidence in. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I tried this garage as I bought a voucher from groupon. I would highly recommend this garage. Nice honest staff which is what you need from a garage. Lovely receptionist and Rosey the dog is a bonus. Very professional and the staff helped reduce the cost of our bill when my car failed which was expected with It’s mileage. Booking availability is very good for the necessary work to be carried out and retested. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Excellent value for money and quick service. Staff very friendly. I was disappointed that a blown brake light bulb wasn't picked up during the MOT/service as I completely forgot about it needing to be done until after the MOT (which somehow it passed with one brake light out!)
