This is outrageous, I've ordered a airsoft rif on the 30th of March. A few days later I've emailed them to ask has the item been dispatched, which they replied stating that the item has been dispatched and is on its way to me. Now me waiting patiently for a week later no item or any notifications on the whereabouts on the item, so I've emailed them asking for any updates, then nothing, no replies or response. So I called the placed, they ignored my phone calls. So now being the 24th may I've lost money and feel I've been scammed by this place. PLEASE don't use this website to order anything

I purchased a Bolt MP5K from Andover Airsoft before Christmas, it arrived next day as promised, unfortunately the fire selector was damaged and not functioning properly, which we ruled as damage during transit due to awkward packaging, which is not the fault of the retailer, more so the manufacturer/postal service. Andover Airsoft was very professional in dealing with the issue and sent me a shipping label to return the faulty product and dispatched a replacement in a timely fashion, which arrived the other day after all of the postal hell over New Year's, having packaged it with additional protection, and this one works perfectly. Leading up to and after the purchase, I spoke with Matthew who works for Andover Airsoft, and his advice was excellent. Thoroughly would recommend Andover Airsoft, as a growing airsoft retailer I wish them much success in future, I shall be keeping my eyes on them with interest.
